Great location and base for visiting surrounding areas.. Minutes from Dubrovnik by car. Balcony room overlooked the bay,which lapped the patio below. perfect for and swimming. Water crystal clear with no tidal waves.Balcony perfect for sitting out morning noon and night,with great views of the surrounding bay, which has a choice of restaurant / bars. Rooms are comfortable,clean,and well equipped for self-catering stays.Would return in a flash.

This place is perfect when you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful spot near Dubrovnik. Luko and his family made our stay very comfortable. Communication and hospitality are great and you get what the advertisement promises you. A very neat, sunny, friendly place!

We had a lovely stay for a week in Zaton. Anita was incredibly helpful — she let us check in early and check out late, showed us around the property, and gave tips on where to eat and get groceries nearby. The property is right on the water, perfect for swimming, floating, and kayaking. And you're within walking distance to several restaurants and a small grocery store. I would absolutely stay here again!
